Location – Remote

Travel Required - Yes – 100%

Salary Range - $80,000-$85,000 Base Commission

Classification – Exempt

Leadership Level – GS 6 – 8

Role Description

The CXM Territory Manager is charged with generating revenue within an assigned territory by offering AutoAlert’s product suite of solutions to potential customers to enhance their sales and operations functions with a focus on selling CXM (CRM). The CXM Territory Manager will support multiple AutoAlert regions and is a CXM resource for those regions, is responsible for all CXM sales in the territory as well as mentoring regional team members in CXM sales and prospecting techniques. You are a CXM subject matter expert.

You are a team player with problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset. You will be part of a diverse, collaborative sales team of hardworking individuals to generate new revenue and relationship building.

  • Promote the AutoAlert CXM Platform with the end goal of creating value for customers and collecting new revenue
  • Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) system data
  • Manage relationships for each prospect by fact-finding, follow-up, identifying customers’ needs, presenting pricing options, and overcoming objections
  • Interact with decision-makers such as Senior Management and business owners, cultivating a lasting business relationship
  • Ensure that weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals are met or exceeded​​​
  • Focus on new business development while maintaining customer relationships
  • Provide accurate forecasting and develop weekly and monthly sales plan to manage the sales channel
  • Travel to and attend trade shows and other company events as required
  • Regularly discuss your ideas, initiatives, and status reports with your manager to achieve established goals and objectives.

  • Your Impact

  • Extensive data mining and CRM experience
  • 4 years experience in the automotive field (Dealership, OEM, Vendor)
  • 1 year experience in automotive software / automotive vendor space selling directly to dealers
  • Consistent track record of setting and achieving personal and team sales goals

  • Supervisory Responsibilities

    This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but works with other team members inside and outside of the department.
