As a Factory Payables Specialist, you have extensive knowledge of automotive warranties. You are results oriented and are skilled at accurately processing warranty claims and paperwork. You are a humbly confident teammate with an eagerness to learn and help your team grow.
As a Factory Payables Specialist with Autobahn Fort Worth, you will be responsible for:
- Posting all factory part purchases
- Posting all "non-parts" factory billing and credits
- Verifying the accuracy and proper accounting classifications
- Preparing payoffs for lenders (Trade-In)
- Processing and ensuring all cancellations and refunds have been processed
- Processing monthly billings from venders for service contracts, maintenance, gap, and other insurance products
- Reconciling factory statements monthly
Qualifications:
- Dealership/Accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Patience, compassion and empathy
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
