As a Service Manager with Autobahn Fort Worth, you will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and controlling the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems and surveys.
- Hiring, training and developing, and retaining high-performing team members
- Understanding, keeping abreast of, and complying with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc.
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with the manufacturer's warranty and policy procedures.
- Monitoring technicians' daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records.
- Monitoring and following up on parts orders with the parts manager to ensure availability.
- Maintaining high-quality service repairs and minimizing comebacks. Conducting periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
- Keeping abreast of new equipment and tools available and recommend purchases.
Qualifications:
- Leadership and team management experience
- Automobile industry experience and ability to problem solve
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must have 2 years of Porsche service experience
