As a Sales Genius you are sales driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You are friendly and competitive with strong client service skills and a desire to win. You are skilled at listening, overcoming objections, fulfilling the needs of your clients and team, and developing and achieving strategic initiatives on time. You are a humbly confident team player with an eagerness to learn and help your teammates grow.
As a Sales Genius with Autobahn Fort Worth, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering comprehensive product information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless vehicle delivery experience
- Assisting with effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client loyalty
- Assisting Sales Managers with vehicle displays both onsite and offsite
- Organizing and maintaining vehicle inventory, both physical and digital including accessories and product placement.
- Secondary client deliveries to provide exceptional client experience
Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Automobile industry experience and knowledge
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit and pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
Salary : $20 - $24
