We are seeking an exceptional Head of Growth to own our entire growth function and drive hockey-stick expansion. The role reports directly to the founders and will have significant influence on company strategy and direction.
The Head of Growth will be responsible for designing and executing our comprehensive growth strategy across all channels. This includes:
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Developing and implementing our overarching growth strategy
- Owning all key metrics: traffic, sign-ups, activation, and revenue expansion
- Collaborating with product and sales to align growth initiatives
- Developing our growth technology stack and marketing automation systems
- Building and managing a high-performing growth team
Growth Strategy and Experimentation
- Creating and executing our strategic growth roadmap
- Designing and running systematic growth experiments
- Building scalable acquisition and activation frameworks
- Identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities
- Establishing metrics and KPIs across all growth initiatives
Marketing Leadership
- Defining and evolving our positioning and messaging strategy
- Driving content strategy and thought leadership
- Building our presence in the AI/sales technology ecosystem
- Managing brand development and market perception
- Overseeing PR and communications strategy
Channel Development
- Scaling existing channels (content, social, organic)
- Identifying and testing new acquisition channels
- Optimizing CAC and channel economics
- Building partnerships and co-marketing opportunities
- Designing and executing ABM campaigns for enterprise customers
Analytics and Optimization
- Building our growth analytics infrastructure
- Establishing attribution and reporting frameworks

Essential Experience
- Seven or more years in B2B SaaS growth/marketing
- Proven track record scaling B2B products from $1M to $10M ARR
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer psychology and sales technology
- Experience with product-led and sales-led growth motions
Ideal Background
- Experience in AI, sales technology, or marketing technology
- Track record of successful zero-to-one growth initiatives
- Strong network in the B2B SaaS ecosystem
- Experience with both PLG and enterprise growth
- History of building and scaling growth teams
