We are seeking a skilled IT Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Kentwood, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI and SSRS report development, and experience working with Microsoft SQL, SSIS, SSAS, and REST APIs.
This position involves leading the development and management of a new reporting framework while creating reports and dashboards for Epicor Kinetic ERP and various web applications.
It also contributes to automating business processes by exploring and implementing robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning, and AI technologies.

Major Responsibilities
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports for Epicor ERP and various internal and external web applications.
- Support the development and modification of existing SSRS reports.
- Convert legacy Excel reports based on SSAS and SQL Stored Procedures to dynamic Power BI reports or Epicor Dashboards.
- Connect to multiple data sources including SQL, SharePoint, and REST APIs.
- Develop Epicor Business Activity Queries (BAQs).
- Configure and administer the reporting framework, including on-premise gateways, workspaces, security, and deployment pipelines.
- Oversee publishing and deployment to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and implement data warehousing opportunities within Microsoft Fabric.
- Collaborate with managers to document BI requirements.
- Train employees on using reporting tools for data analysis.
