- Guest Satisfaction: Achieve target NPS and maintain top-tier review scores across online platforms.
- Occupancy & Revenue Goals: Meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets, contributing to overall portfolio performance.

About You
- Proven Operations Leader: You have experience managing multi-site hospitality operations, ideally in boutique or experiential properties.
- Guest-Centric Approach: You excel at creating memorable stays and consistently achieve high guest satisfaction scores.
- Financial Acumen: You understand budgeting, P&L statements, and resource allocation, using data to drive decisions.
- Team Builder: You empower managers and frontline teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Adaptable and Strategic: You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and can balance day-to-day tasks with long-term objectives.

Requirements
- A passion for the great outdoors
- 5 years management experience in the hospitality industry or related industry
- 2 years General Manager experience in the hospitality industry or related industry
- Ability to coordinate and oversee a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including representing AutoCamp and the property with the press
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with Google Suite products and Asana preferred
- Familiarity with Airstreams and/or RVs is preferred
- Strong math and quantitative reasoning skills
- Ability to solve problems in creative ways and with limited resources, must be a MacGyver
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
