Join AutoCamp as a Front Desk Night Auditor
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Night Auditor. As a Front Desk Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing the front desk during overnight shifts and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Registration: Welcome guests warmly and assist with registration and accommodation assignments.
- Check-ins/Check-outs: Guide guests through efficient and friendly check-in and check-out processes, adhering to AutoCamp policies.
- Message Collection and Distribution: Collect and distribute messages for guests.
- Reservation Management: Pre-register, block, and take reservations while following hotel rate structures, discounts, and sales strategies.
- Guest Issues Resolution: Address guest complaints and inquiries related to AutoCamp services, events, directions, local attractions, etc.
- Billing Discrepancies: Assist in resolving billing discrepancies.
- Cancellations: Perform cancellations according to procedures.
- Shift Handover: Ensure all necessary information is passed on to the following shift manager or supervisor.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Cloud-Based Applications: Comfortable working with cloud-based applications.
- Google Suite Knowledge: Preferred knowledge of Google Suite products.
- Customer Service Background: Preferred customer service background.
Requirements:
- No Educational Requirement: No specific educational requirement.
- PREFERRED EDUCATION: College degree in hospitality, business administration, or similar preferred.
