Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities.
- Maintain required records and documentation for preventative maintenance.
- Interpret schematics and troubleshoot logic controllers to diagnose issues.
- Conduct residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Supervise maintenance staff and provide leadership during projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly.
- Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and procedures.
Experience
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Knowlege of hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with schematics, logic controllers, and CMMS is highly desirable.
- Must posess or aquire own personal tools necessary to complete tasks.
