Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a keen eye for cleanliness and precision. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role requires both physical stamina and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and buffing exteriors.
- Detail interiors by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery.
- Apply window tinting as needed to enhance vehicle aesthetics and privacy.
- Ensure all surfaces are meticulously cleaned and polished, including dashboards, windows, and mirrors.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all detailing work meets company standards.
- Drive vehicles as necessary for cleaning or repositioning within the facility.
- Interact with customers to provide updates on vehicle status and address any specific requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used in the process.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Skills in buffing techniques and window tinting are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with car wash processes and custodial duties is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A valid driver's license is required to operate various vehicles safely.
