Role Description

This is a high-paying, contract-based role for a Roadside Assistance with a trial period opportunity. Located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area, this is a hybrid role allowing for some remote work. The Roadside Assistance Technician will provide emergency vehicle support, including jump-starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, lockout assistance, and battery replacements. Which you will be paid for during the trial run. Responsibilities include responding promptly to service requests, assisting stranded motorists, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in roadside assistance services, including jump-starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and lockouts
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess roadside issues quickly
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Must have a reliable vehicle suitable for transporting necessary tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• ASE certification or equivalent is a plus but not required
