Overview:
AutoCraft Hawaii is looking for an experienced Auto Glass Technician capable of independent installations to join our team. Auto glass technicians repair or replace broken windows/windshields. The technician is responsible for delivering exceptional work and critical thinking skills. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our dealership.
Responsibilities:
-Install/remove auto glass replacements according to specified procedures
-Ensure efficient use of materials and time while working on vehicles
-Utilize customer skills to ensure customer satisfaction
-Check vehicles during or before installations to ensure adequate conditions are met prior to replacement
-Complete and deliver invoices/reports weekly
-Perform other duties entrusted in the technician
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Keep accurate records of all repairs performed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Skills:
- Knowledge of auto glass installation techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Experience in the auto glass industry is a plus!
-Calibration experience is a plus!
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
