Detailer - Automotive

Autodealz, LLC has a full-time opening for an experienced and dependable individual in our vehicle detail/cleaning department. Responsibilities include thoroughly washing, waxing, vacuuming, deodorizing, and applying protective agents to vehicles. Use of various cleaners, chemicals, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment is required. Has to have valid drivers license. Attention to detail is a must. Physical demands include walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and standing for extended periods.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm and/or Saturdays 9am - 2pm - detail will have one to two days off during the week.

The Vehicle Detailer goes above and beyond our already rigorous cleaning protocols, to protect the health and safety of all. From trucks to vans to cars of all sizes you will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing your assigned vehicles in accordance with our Company Policy assuring all vehicles are clean and safe.

This is a full-time job that requires the employee to clean cars using a variety of high-quality products, organized in accordance with the manufacturer's standards. The successful applicant will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, and will be able to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude as they work on various vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, wax and buff vehicles of all sizes, makes and models.
• Prior experience a must.
• Use a buffer.
• Use detailing brushes & towels to thoroughly clean the exterior & interior of a vehicle.
• Vacuum, shampoo and clean vehicles of all types, makes and models.
• Clean interior and exterior windows.
• Experience on cleaning engine and engine compartments.
• Knowledge of automotive cleaning and waxing chemicals.
• Preform company equipment maintenance and keep work area clean and neat.
• Follow guidelines for safety, proper handling and disposal of chemical agents.
• Use personal protective equipment as directed.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch and stand for long periods.
• Must be dependable and a team player.
