Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot and evaluate all customer concerns

· Manage repair orders to ensure service completion by promise times

· Maintain a professional work station including tool box, vehicle lift, and work area

· Diligent about driver safety and obey all federal, state and local law

· Meet or exceed hourly goals

· Work closely with the Parts and Service Departments

· Ensure quality work and that the repairs will be satisfactory to the customer

Requirements:

· ASE Certifications are a plus

· New Hampshire Motor Vehicle Inspection License Perferred

· Professional appearance and communication

· Ability to handle multiple tasks

· Valid driver's license

· Must be able to pass a drug screen

· Desire for long-term career development
