Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and evaluate all customer concerns
- Manage repair orders to ensure service completion by promise times
- Maintain a professional work station including tool box, vehicle lift, and work area
- Diligent about driver safety and obey all federal, state and local law
- Meet or exceed hourly goals
- Work closely with the Parts and Service Departments
- Ensure quality work and that the repairs will be satisfactory to the customer
Requirements:
- ASE Certifications are a plus
- Professional appearance and communication
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Desire for long-term career development
