Responsibilities - Receptionist:
- Greet and assist visitors with a smile and helpful, professional demeanor
- Answer telephone calls in a courteous, professional manner
- Set appointments
- Screen and forward incoming calls, take and relay messages
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, etc.
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications - Receptionist:
Good communication and customer service skills- Clerical and administrative experience is preferred
- A positive attitude and professional, well-groomed appearance
- Must be dependable!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
