About the role:
The Regional Account Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and supporting the execution of strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the credit union industry and a passion for driving growth and client satisfaction.
· Identify potential clients and proactively promote the company brand using a variety of methods. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to maximize business opportunities and repeat business.
· Stay up-to-date on regional marketplace trends. Communicate regularly with the VP of Business Development and CEO about potential business opportunities, threats, and strategies for company growth. Offer recommendations for business improvements.
· Maximize the productivity of strategic accounts, ensuring goals related to units and loans are met. Provide tailored solutions to clients to drive account growth.
· Prepare and present monthly account reports on progress, sales, and member feedback.
· General Credit Union Industry Support at Chapter meetings, conventions etc.
· Effective leadership, direction & production of Sales Consultant marketing efforts in support of Business Development and SVP of Sales.
· Support branch level marketing initiatives through combined AE/consultant marketing visits.
· Present training materials to clients through seminars, webinars, and other communication channels. Provide exceptional service by helping clients develop promotional strategies and achieve their business objectives.
· Confers with client, utilizing product knowledge and research to determine goals.
· Provides timely follow-up to all.
· Builds and maintains credit union relationships to maximize lead flow by raising awareness of the Autoland business model among Credit Union employees.
· Travels with consultant team to support credit union marketing programs, account activities and keep literature up to date.
· Utilizes e-mail tools including Autoland marketing department templates, member/vehicle delivery photo and Autoland and Credit Union social media sites to complete branch level marketing.
· Travels periodically to attend Regional Sales Meeting and Semi-Annual Corporate Meetings.
Our ideal candidate:
- 4 years of Account Management or Marketing experience required.
- College Degree preferred.
- Credit union experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record and background.
- Reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of internet software and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work evening/weekend events on occasion.
- 80% travel within the territory required. Additional travel as required to attend meetings and business promotional functions.
