Human Resource Analyst
The HR Analyst is responsible for gathering analyzing and presenting HR data to assist in workforce planning talent acquisition compensation and employee engagement initiatives. They play a crucial role in providing datadriven insights to HR Department.
What youll do :
- Data Collection : Collect and maintain HR data including employee demographics performance evaluations compensation details and turnover rates.
- Data Analysis : Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancing HR processes and policies.
- Reporting : Prepare regular and adhoc reports dashboards and visualizations to present HR data to stakeholders including senior management.
- Workforce Planning : Assist in workforce planning by providing insights into staffing needs succession planning and skills gap analysis.
- Recruitment Analytics : Support talent acquisition efforts by evaluating recruitment metrics like timetofill source effectiveness and candidate quality.
- Compensation Analysis : Analyze compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices including salary benchmarking.
- Employee Engagement : Measure and report on employee engagement surveys and feedback to drive initiatives that enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Compliance : Monitor HR compliance with labor laws and regulations ensuring accurate recordkeeping and reporting.
- HR Technology : Collaborate with IT to maintain and optimize HR systems such as HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
- Recommendations : Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR strategies and decisionmaking.
