What You’ll Do

Document Control
- Review documents for accuracy & document control requirements and revisions.
- Reject unacceptable documents with feedback as to why the document was rejected, and then provide support to update the document.
- Control and track physical documents that are distributed throughout the plant.
- Create, revise, and maintain document links for training in Leading2Lean.
- Create and maintain facility templates.
- Assist in creating and updating standards and other documents as necessary.
- Coordinate the release of new or revised standards with management and teams within the plant.
- Provide document creating and editing training for tech writers, quality engineers, and other roles in the plant.
- Cell retirement process in PLM and Leading2Lean.
- QSR/OPI reporting
- Manage Documents and Distribution
- Schedule meetings & support quality forums
- Order catering for internal and external audits
- Assist in preparing teams for external and customer audits.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Assist with root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to close out findings within the plant.
- Maintain audit schedules in the Go, See, & Fix Database.
- Knowledge of plant, regional, and corporate standards to provide support, training, and be a resource for the plant.
- Weekly QMS status report creation and distribution.
