Technical Accounting Manager

What You’ll Do

• Manage the Autoliv Americas external audits.
• Improve audit documentation for multiple sites and locations to ensure compliance.
• Prepare technical accounting memos.
• Manage a team who coordinates and oversees SOX, controls, and control improvements.
• Assist in implementing new accounting systems.
• Assist in month-end tasks as needed
  
  

What Is Required

• Masters of Accounting and CPA license is required
• 3-5 years of Public Accounting experience
• GAAP knowledge. Experience writing technical accounting memos. Experience with SOX controls and external audits in accordance with PCAOB standards. Must have experience auditing public companies
• Audit Knowledge. Public company experience
