Requirements:
- Experience in customer service with a focus on sales.
- Proficiency in computer use and up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
- Ability to offer each customer a consultative approach based on their financing options (We do not put customers in cars that are unaffordable for them). The way we take care of our customers defines our business.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of car models, features, and financing options.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex options such as financing, warranties, and services.
- Ability to resolve problems and manage customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Ability to work under pressure, especially in a sales environment where targets must be met.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage customer relationships.
