1. JOB SUMMARY
· Receive the payments from the service customer and control the income and expenses with daily reports.
· Offer to our customers a quickly reception of the payments.
2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
· Generate the income and deposits policy.
· Receive and custody the cash and checks.
· Establish the necessary measure to safeguard the assets and interests of the company.
· Provide a quality service for the internal and external customers.
· Perform their duties with a sense of mutual respect, ethical, collaboration, tolerance and positive attitude toward their peers.
· Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
3. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
· Must have the ability to present a professional, enthusiastic attitude.
· Manage stressful and unusual situations while maintaining good customer relations.
· Receive the payments from the customers.
· Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
· Separate daily the cash and credit invoices.
· Registry the invoices cash in order in the corresponding formats.
· Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
· Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
· Resolve customer complaints.
· Answer customer questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.

Pay: $7.00 - $10.00 per hour
