Requirements:
- 2 years of hands-on MSP, or Field Technician Experience (preferred)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Current Industry Certifications (Preferred)
Proficiency in:
- Windows Server and desktop (build and migration)
- Exchange Server and O365 support
- VoIP
- Antivirus Solutions
- Virtualization (VMWare or Hyper V)
- Cloud Hosting (O365, M365, Azure)
- Networking (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless)
- Printers/Scanners
- Backups/Recovery and test restore
- Various hardware and software troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert IT services both remotely and on-site
- Support clients primarily in RI, with potential travel in the Tri-State area
- Maintain a self-motivated work ethic
- Possess reliable transportation
- Work with various software and hardware vendors for support
