Responsibilities :
Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for networks, servers, computer systems, software, and hardware.Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, operating systems and software applications.Work with key client contacts to support their individual networks and software systems.Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to technical issues.Conduct network administration tasks, including LAN / WAN / SDWAN setup and troubleshooting.Analyze client system logs / reports and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and support IT projects.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security.Qualifications :
Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting network, server, and desktop environments.Strong knowledge of network and computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.Deep understanding of computer networking concepts, including TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN / WAN technologies.Highly experienced with Active Directory, GPOs, and user account management.Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.Certifications such as CCNP, CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.Experience with Meraki networking equipment is a plus.MSP / Help Desk Experience is a must.Linux knowledge is a plus but not required.Note : This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
