Duties and Responsibilities
- Answers phone for the HR department.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
- Assists with new-employee orientations.
- Prepares and manages job postings.
- Assist the manager with HR projects and events.
- Assists with benefits administration.
- Conduct reference checks, and background investigations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR matters.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with employee recognition programs to foster a positive work culture.
- Assist with coordinating training sessions as needed.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics, such as headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics.
- Assists with website and social media management.
- Must be able to work weekends as needed (rare but occasionally for events).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
