Position Summary
We're seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join our team and drive company growth through new business development and strategic account management. This is a full-cycle sales role for a highly motivated professional with a hunter mentality and a passion for solution-based selling.
As the first sales hire for ADW in the Jacksonville market, you will operate independently to identify and cultivate opportunities, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients seeking automatic door and access control solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in converting on strategic sales and business development opportunities.
- Gain deep knowledge of ADW's offerings, preferred manufacturers, and product tiers.
- Identify, target, and secure contracts in key customer verticals.
- Oversee day-to-day sales activity and collaborate with service teams to ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction and quality of work.
- Manage the full sales process including lead generation, quoting, close, and customer support.
- Deliver automatic door solutions tailored to client needs and specifications.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships rooted in trust and service excellence.
- Become fully proficient in ADW's quoting tools and CRM.
- Participate in sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and forecasting.
- Leverage data insights to identify opportunities and improve strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in automatic door solutions, access controls, or commercial construction.
- Strong technical background in the automatic pedestrian door space.
- Strong design, quoting, and bid management skills.
- Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and solution-based selling.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
