What are the responsibilities and job description for the Revenue Generator position at Automated Equipment?
We are based in Red Wing, Minnesota, specializing in power transfer solutions for customers in all industries. The Revenue Generator will be charged with developing, managing, and delivering the following:
A Solid Sales Process- Assessing, defining, and knowing the Elektro Assemblies "Sweet Spot" for prospects

Ability to clearly communicate the solutions, value proposition and the ROI Elektro Assemblies provides.
- Prospects must believe you clearly and completely understand their need(s) (problem to solve).
- Capable of explaining Elektro Assemblies value add or how Elektro Assemblies product or service will solve their problem and most importantly how the pitched solution is worth their investment.
The Revenue Generator must be clear on the ROI Elektro Assemblies needs to provide for the customer and how that is derived and delivered through the sales process.
Revenue Generator Accountabilities:
- Meet budgeted revenue with existing and new business accounts, while maintaining planned margin.
- Knowledge and leverage digital tools for prospecting and generating leads using online platforms and technologies.
- Mentor, coach and manage resources and roles supporting the sales function.
This position is based in Red Wing, Minnesota and there will be travel, as needed, to deliver the sales plan / commitment.
