Located in Red Wing, Minnesota, Elektro Assemblies is a leader in the manufacturing of all our customers' wire needs; from single wire to complex large harnesses. We help customers in a variety of industries including automotive, healthcare, technology and food equipment, just to name a few.

From the start in 1973, Elektro Assemblies brings our customer's prints to life by offering initial builds and production runs, with supreme quality and delivery. We are here to serve our customers and their needs. There's no wire too small or harness too large, that we can't produce for our customers.

We are looking for a self-directed ambitious team member that wants to be part of a dedicated sales team, that can utilize their skills to contribute to the growth of the business!

Qualities needed to be successful in the role include:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities and new customers.
  • Call on leads generated from digital marketing efforts.
  • Establish contact, develop relationships and recommend solutions.
  • Support quoting efforts for new customers that are generated from leads
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contribute to team effort by achieving business unit goals and objectives.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implement key accounts programs by developing and executing field sales action plans.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price.

Ideally, your background would include some, if not all the attributes listed below:

  • Proven sales experience, including finding new clients, building client relationships, selling to customer needs, negotiating terms and managing related financials
    • Mechanically oriented, with electrical and/or electronic experience and/or education
  • Ability to read customer prints and willing to assist and support the quoting process
  • Independent, creative and motivated with a high energy level and a focus on excellence
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation and public speaking skills
  • Computer and internet literate with proficiencies in MS Office

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
