Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
- Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services..
- Reviewing and determining eligibility and enrollment on assigned workload.
- Providing quality customer service and support.
Call Center Representative Qualifications for the position include:
- Team Player with excellent communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
- Strong PC Proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in health care industry required.
- Minimum of one year eligibility experience preferred.
- Understanding of FL Medicaid programs preferred.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.
