As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be responsible for the assignment of work, monitoring of day-to-day operations, evaluating phone reports, and assisting with the compliant process. . Qualifications for the position include:
- Minimum of three years in a direct supervisory position with strong call center management. Minimum of 2 years in health and human services is preferred.
- Must possess excellent communication (i.e., written and verbal) skills and the ability to work with a broad range of Members, maintaining cultural sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Strong PC capabilities and be capable of quickly learning new computer applications required.
- High School Diploma/GED certificate; Bachelor’s degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field
