What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service QA Specialist position at Automated Health Systems?
Automated Health Systems has Quality Assurance roles on our Customer Service Team. These role are remote but you must be able to pick up home office equipment at our home office in the Pittsburgh (North Hills) area, or near our offices in Nashville TN or Columbus OH.
The Quality Assurance Specialist assists the Massachusetts Contact Center to ensure quality service across all interaction channels. The Quality Assurance Specialist utilizes information from the monitoring assessments to recognize staff with high quality scores, recommend remedial training for staff with low scores, identify trends with the Project, and identify operational issues. The Quality Assurance Specialist monitors any government program and health insurance policy changes that impact the delivery of services and communicates these changes to the management team and internal and external staff.
Ideal candidate would be a senior level customer service representative with or without prior supervisory experience.
Knowledge of Massachusetts state-based marketplace (SBM) or Medicaid are a plus.
Previous experience with managed care, insurance exchanges, and/or ACA preferred.
