As the Technology Manager, you will support and lead the IT operations for a state-wide customer service and contact center which will assist with enrollment and eligibility for state-related health care programs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess five to seven years’ of demonstrated IT management experience required.
- Team-oriented, professional candidates must possess knowledge of health care, managed care, MassHealth/CHIP Managed care, eligibility and low-income populations.
- Bachelor’s Degree required in related field.
