Join our team at ALS as an Enterprise Account Manager and take charge of leading, managing, and holding your team accountable while driving strategic growth and fostering strong client relationships. The key focus of this role is to work with clients to develop and execute solutions that enhance customer experience, along with drive continuous improvement projects for the clients and ensure promised results are met.
Responsibilities :
Lead, Manage, and Accountability (LMA) :
- Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure success.
- Manage team performance, setting clear expectations, and holding team members accountable for their actions and results.
Drive Strategic Growth & Continuous Improvement :
Develop and Grow Relationships with Client Key Decision Makers :
Contract Management and Negotiations :
Produce and Manage Monthly P&L Budget and Forecast :
