We are seeking an Implementation and Solutions Specialist to lead and manage the execution of projects that drive efficiency and innovation within our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in project management, solution design, and stakeholder collaboration, with a focus on critical tasks on time percentage, go-live success rates, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Top Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and track progress against KPIs, including on-time percentage and go-live success metrics.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
Scope Management:
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage change requests effectively to maintain project integrity and success.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to minimize their impact.
- Maintain clear documentation of risks and mitigation strategies.
Solution Design:
- Analyze business needs and develop comprehensive logistics and implementation solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure client and internal team satisfaction through clear communication and proactive support.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):
- Critical Task On-Time Percentage – Ensuring timely execution of project deliverables.
- Go-Live Success Rate – Measuring the effectiveness of project implementations.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction Scores – Gathering feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
- Solutions Supported – Tracking the number of solutions successfully deployed.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, implementation, or logistics solutions.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience in 3PL, supply chain, or logistics industries is a plus.
