Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Team Lead Manager role located in Bismarck, ND. The Team Lead Manager will be responsible for overseeing janitorial services, coordinating team activities, and ensuring quality service delivery.
Monday through friday 5pm to 10pm. We can be a bit flexible to an earlier start time if excellent candidate require more hours.
Qualifications
- Team management and leadership skills
- Experience in janitorial, snow removal, or landscaping services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site and coordinate team activities
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
