Position Overview
- Type: Full Time
- Hours: 40 Hours per Week
- Location: Hybrid, 250 E. Dry Creek Rd, Suite 202B, Littleton, CO 80122
Key Responsibilities
- Client and vendor communication via phone and email as needed to assist in keeping project workflows on track
- Join for Client and Vendor meetings to take notes and update client status sheet
- Creating and orchestrating client contracts
- Answering phones in office and through RingCentral
- Help oversee calendars, schedules, and travel for key management personnel
- Execute and support the automation of marketing processes
- Assist in the creation and/or execution of marketing campaigns
- Contribute to team projects
- Email Newsletter creation
- Direct Mail pipelines and Carrier Routes
- Assisting the Director of Marketing with projects as needed

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Direct Mail Management
- Understanding of marketing strategies, campaigns, and branding, content marketing, and lead generation.
- CRM software proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Vendor and contractor coordination (printers, designers, agencies)
- Project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
- Knowledge of branding, content marketing, and lead generation
- Event planning and coordination experience (trade shows, networking events)
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing
Required Experience/Qualifications:
- Strong desire to learn new programs, processes and skills
- Stable work history without a lot of bouncing from job to job
- A creative spark is a plus, but not mandatory
- Experience using AI tools to increase productivity and efficiency in a work capacity strongly preferred
- 2-3 years in marketing, vendor communication, administration, or a related role
- Tracking and analyzing campaign performance
- Market research and competitor analysis
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Customer service and client interaction skills
- Ability to work with sales, design, and leadership teams
- Proofreading and editing marketing materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and marketing campaigns
- Data entry and management of customer databases
