We are looking for an ambitious Outside Sales Apprentice to join our Sales Team in the Wasatch front area. As a sales Apprentice, you will be trained for soliciting customers to drive sales and office growth. This position targets existing commercial buildings, industrial locations, retail centers, and demands a top sales professional with drive. This role requires travel within your marketplace.
As an Outside Sales Representative you will be responsible for obtaining new customers, expanding our market, and managing your assigned territory. We are looking for self-motivated, problem solvers. We are the premier provider of HVAC services and are looking for someone who is ready to jump in and help our fast-growing business grow even faster.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate an understanding of our operations and sales offerings.
- Outside sales, calling on commercial buildings, industrial sites, and retail centers.
- Prospect and expand your customer base.
- Generate proposals for customers.
- Close contracts at clients’ buildings.
- Provide the highest level of professionalism and customer service while keeping a record of all communication.
- Track and monitor performance against quota.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication.
Required Skills:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working on height-related tasks and elevated levels such as on ladders, rooftops, etc.
- Hold Valid driver’s license with exceptional driving record
