Haas CNC Mill Machinist Position
We are seeking a skilled Haas CNC Mill Machinist to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating complex production equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality products are delivered to customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up machines and other equipment to produce parts
* Troubleshoot machining problems, including part machining difficulties and machine operations
* Understand job travelers and associated customer order information
* Read and interpret various types of part prints and understand dimensional tolerances
* Fabricate, assemble, and modify tooling, such as jigs and fixtures to produce parts and assemblies
* Complete reports and record operational data as necessary
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a machinist or related field
* Strong understanding of mechanics, shop mathematics, and quality systems
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to lift and handle parts and equipment up to 35 pounds
