Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled installation specialist to join our elite team. This position involves installing high-end luxury, custom motorized shading systems, draperies, and other luxury window treatments. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye for detail, superior craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of both the technical and aesthetic aspects of luxury installations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Install a variety of luxury window treatments, focusing on custom motorized shading solutions, ensuring precision and quality in every project.

· Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, or instructions for custom installations.

· Program and troubleshoot smart home integration with motorized systems for seamless operation.

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

· Conduct site visits for precise measurements for designers.

· Provide excellent customer service, explaining product features and functionality to clients.

· Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in window treatments and automation.

Qualifications:

-Prerequisite: Must be able to be covered by our insurance carrier to drive our work vehicles.

-Background Checks

· Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years in installation, with a strong preference for experience in luxury or custom window treatments, shading systems, or home automation.

· Technical Skills:

o Proficient with tools and equipment used in installation, including electrical components.

o Knowledge of home automation systems (e.g., Lutron, Somfy, Crestron) is advantageous.

· Certifications:

o High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in installation, construction, or related fields preferred.

o Certifications in electrical work, home automation, or safety training are a plus.

o Helpful but not required; project management certifications are a plus.

· Physical Requirements:

o Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and navigate construction or renovation sites.

o Comfortable with prolonged periods of standing, bending, or climbing.

· Soft Skills:

o Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity.

o Strong problem-solving capabilities, especially in field adjustments.

o Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.

o Professional demeanor with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
