Duties and Responsibilities
Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients using various tools and platforms. Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to set meetings with qualified leads and ensure a seamless transition.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
A consistent pipeline of qualified lead meetings for the sales team.
Insights and feedback on market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Collaborative strategies with the sales team to maximize lead conversion.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
