What You Will Be Doing
As a Build Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding implementation services to our clients. You'll manage the project scope, schedule, and budget for large, single-site renovation or new construction projects for enterprise clients. Your expertise will help ensure that every project not only meets but exceeds client expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining superior service standards.
Manage complex timelines with multiple deliverables, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged.
Achieve internal profit objectives and uphold financial integrity by maintaining accurate CRM and project dashboards.
Identify project milestones and work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve them.
Key Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Licenses in low voltage or security are a big plus.
4 years of Project Management experience preferred. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years in Project Management.
Familiarity with low-voltage technologies such as access control, surveillance, DAS, fire, structured cabling, audiovisual systems, wireless / wi-fi, etc).
Strong organizational and communication skills—both written and verbal.
A passion for empowering clients and helping them succeed.
Ability to prioritize tasks without compromising quality.
Bonus points for experience in a Construction PM environment and familiarity with ServiceNow!
