Position Summary:

ASI is looking for a dynamic, client-focused Account Executive I – N2N Inside Sales to be a key player in driving business growth responsible for new business sales while generating new leads and promoting the company’s solutions in the community banking industry. This role requires advanced selling skills, technical acumen and an ability to connect with clients on a strategic level. The Inside Sales representative will partner closely with the sales engineer to identify client pain points and design tailored solutions that align with ASI’s offerings, showcasing the value of our industry-leading bank core software. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the banking and financial services industries and excel in translating technical capabilities into practical business solutions. This role requires in-person attendance with the possibility for hybrid work environment once employee is deemed to have sufficient job knowledge. In this role, you will be crucial to driving deal success, helping prospects understand how ASI can solve their unique challenges and improve operational efficiency. As an Account Executive I – N2N Inside Sales, your ability to blend technical insights with business strategy will help shape the future of our client relationships and accelerate company growth.

Responsibilities:

  • New to New, SaaS Software Sales, Prospecting, and Account Management
  • Understanding of sales cycle, development and qualification of business need, identification of community banks, positioning of product and customer solutions
  • Ability to formulate strategies, tactics and planning to develop leads and relationships within assigned territory to grow pipeline, meet KPI’s and attain sales quota
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineer to understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations to meet specific needs
  • Respond to technical inquiries from clients and prospects, providing clear and concise explanations of the software’s capabilities
  • Prepare proposals and the creation of customized solution presentations
  • Engage with clients during the pre-sales process to gather requirements, answer questions, and address concerns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and the latest features of ASI’s offerings to ensure accurate and compelling demonstrations
  • Utilize CRM tool (Salesforce) to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting

Salary:

Base Salary: $70,000

Commision/Bonus: $80,000-$100,000 On Target Earnings

Geographical Location & Travel required:

  • Lincoln, NE
  • About 10-15% Travel

Education & Experience:

  • 4-year undergraduate degree or equivalent experience (required)
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in quota-bearing inside sales, preferably in B2B software sales, particularly in SaaS or cloud-based solutions
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate complex software solutions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business value
  • Experience in the community banking or financial services industry is a plus
  • Experience in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and Salesforce
  • Strong organizational skills, including prioritizing, time management, and ability to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
