Blue Mountain Data Integrity Contractor
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI - On-site
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented contractor to support a data integrity initiative within a Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (RAM) system at a pharmaceutical client site. Over time, the calibration and maintenance data have degraded and now require focused cleanup and validation. This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy and compliance in support of GMP maintenance and calibration programs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Review and clean existing data in the Blue Mountain system.
· Deactivate or remove retired assets from the database.
· Validate and update active asset records to ensure accuracy (model, serial number, location, etc.).
· Assess and correct service intervals for calibration and maintenance based on asset type and regulatory requirements.
· Verify and repair child-parent asset hierarchies to reflect accurate relationships.
· Ensure spare parts lists associated with assets are current and complete.
· Collaborate with client stakeholders including maintenance, metrology, and quality assurance teams.
· Identify and document data integrity issues and propose process improvements.
· Support audit readiness by bringing records to a validated and inspection-ready state.
Qualifications:
· Experience with Blue Mountain RAM or similar calibration/maintenance asset management systems.
· Familiarity with pharmaceutical equipment, instrumentation, and GMP environments.
· Strong understanding of maintenance/calibration practices and terminology.
· Solid experience working with relational databases or asset management systems.
· Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Self-directed with strong problem-solving abilities.
· Prior experience with data remediation, system migrations, or data governance a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Background in life sciences, engineering, or technical maintenance.
· Experience in regulated environments (FDA, cGMP)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
