Project Manager - Tech Transfers
Location: Round Lake, IL - Onsite (may allow some hybrid days)
Contract: 6 month duration contract role
Automated Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Pharmaceutical Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical transfer projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring technical transfer projects from initiation to completion. You will also be responsible for working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful transfer of new products and processes to our manufacturing facilities.
Job Role Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute technical transfer plans for new products and processes
· Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
· Identify and mitigate project risks
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs
· Prepare and present project status reports
· Document project deliverables and maintain project records
· Train and mentor project team members
· Stay up to date on current pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations and guidelines
Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a strong understanding of technical transfer processes
· Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Experience Qualifications:
· Experience in pharmaceutical project management methodologies
· Experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations
· Experience in regulatory submissions
· Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing software
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
