We are on the grow again and searching for a Channel Executive. The Channel Executive is responsible for building and maintaining the relationship between APS and all assigned partners and key stakeholders. This person will be responsible for sales enablement on the full suite of APS products. The Channel Executive will work directly with the Partner Manager in defining and implementing the ongoing partner satisfaction strategy and is responsible for achieving monthly quota targets designed to drive APS revenue. Ideally, candidates should have experience working with CPAs, Brokers, and Technology Consultants, showing a strong capability to develop effective partnerships in the financial, brokerage, and technology sectors. This position is eligible for full remote opportunity for individuals living in Louisiana (local and non-local) and Texas. This position will require travel at times if not living in the local area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Drive assigned partner engagement to generate high quality referrals. Provide partner enablement at leadership and individual contributor levels while providing content and material needs to the APS Marketing Team. Perform regular 1 : 1 calls with key partner contacts. Lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. Communicate regular feedback to the Partner Manager regarding areas of cross-departmental improvement with the goal of partner and customer satisfaction. Work alongside the AEs to have an understanding where referrals are in the sales process & to provide deal status visibility to the partner. Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop strategies to generate leads Attend regular cross-departmental syncs to ensure a holistic understanding of the company and our offerings. Manage potential conflict partner referrals by fostering excellent communication internally and externally. Retain and adhere to all company and department-level policies and procedures. Meet or exceed all partner revenue goals. Other responsibilities as needed or assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities : NA Requirements : Education, Qualifications, Skills and Abilities : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The list below is representative of the qualifications, skills, and abilities required and preferred : Bachelor's Degree or higher education is preferred. 2 years of prior experience in channel sales is preferred. 1 year of experience in SaaS sales is preferred. Proficient in effective communication with business owners, C-level executives, controllers, and HR managers, representing the company professionally. Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with diverse partners. Adept at meticulous planning and execution, managing multiple partners and channels with precision. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, proactively addressing challenges and seeking innovative solutions. Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Maintains a highly positive outlook and inspires trust in partners and colleagues. Willingness to work the necessary hours to excel in this role. Thorough understanding of company guidelines, procedures, and workflow.
