Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead, train, and support swimming pool dealers in the purchase and installation of automatic pool covers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to promote the company and its products/services.

Requirements:

- 5 years of swimming pool sales experience.
- Proven ability to manage a sales region and drive revenue growth.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
