Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative with a strong hunter mentality. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an industrial sales background (electronics and industrial motors preferred, but not required) who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and contributing to our growing presence in the Ohio region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Focus on securing new customers and maintaining relationships with current clients in the industrial electronics and motor industries.
  • Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities, develop leads, and actively pursue new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Goal-Oriented: Achieve sales targets and consistently exceed goals with a proven track record of success.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customers’ needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in industrial sales, electronics sales, or industrial motor sales is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
  • Hunter Mentality: A passion for chasing down new business and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions that drive sales.
  • Energetic & Driven: High energy, self-starter with a competitive spirit and a strong work ethic.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Territory Management: Ability to manage a regional territory with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and negotiate with potential clients.
