Billing Specialist
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Billing Specialist for a company based in Hanover, MD. Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm Job Title Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a backup to the Billing Clerk, assisting with day-to-day billing processes.
- Enter billing information accurately into customer portals and internal systems.
- Follow up on open service tickets in customer portals to ensure timely processing and resolution.
- Provide support to the Accounts Receivable (A / R) department by assisting with collection calls when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing-related transactions.
- Assist with other billing-related administrative tasks as needed.
