Industrial Maintenance Technician Automation Personnel Services is looking foran Industrial Maintenance Technician to work for a company based inTampa, FL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible fortroubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing machinery. Pay Rate : $25.00 - $26.00 per hour; depending on experience Schedule and hours Monday to Thursday from 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM; must be able to work overtime.Monday to Thursday from 4 : 15 PM to 2 : 45 AM; must be able to work overtime. Industrial Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities :
- Install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance such as conveyor belts, gearbox, etc.
- Disassemble machinery and equipment when it needs maintenance or repair
- Perform tests and operate machinery to ensure it functions properly.
- Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications.
- Perform electrical work on various types of machinery and electrical systems within the manufacturing facility.
- Inspect, install, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical equipment, control systems, and other related devices.
- Read manuals to understand equipment and controls.
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine the layout of electrical equipment installations.
- Document control, record maintenance processes, parts orders or needed, etc.
- Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
