MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a  Maintenance Technician for a company based in Huntsville, AL. The role requires expertiseto perform a variety of operational functions that constitutes the production, inspection and distribution of products or services for our customers. Pay Rate

27.00 per hour Schedule and Hours

3rd shift : Monday- Friday 8 : 00pm-4 : 00am (some weekends may be required) Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain, troubleshoot and service all plant equipment.
  • Perform electrical, PLC and robotic troubleshooting, installation and repairs.
  • Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment
  • Responsible for all electrical controls and instrumentation.
  • Adheres to the plant preventative maintenance program.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications  and  Requirements

  • Minimum High School or equivalent – Technical Certification in PLC / Electrical Controls, robotics and electrical – Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents relating to the job, function or assignment.
  • Basic mathematical equations. Including measurements to 1 / 16
  • Drug screen and background check required
  • Lift 50lbs during workday (in office assessment will be conducted)
